Thomas, You are absolutely right and wrong. DCI may not have closed on these acquisitions, but they definately do have more going for them then FTEL. If they have nothing else going for them, then why would FTEL align themselves with DCI(don't forget the 15% stakeout). The same goes for ACCC. The Mueller acquisition will hopefully close soon and then DCI revenues will increase many times over. Sorry for the forward looking statement but the same can be said about FTEL. Show me a public document that shows FTEL has all of this money coming into it?? Don't get me wrong though, I do believe from talking to Helen and Frank and doing my own DD that this is true. But again show me a factual news release or audit that states this. Long on both!!!! BTW. Boy wouldn't FTEL look stupid to align itself and offer a 40% stake in its most prized possesion to a company that had absolutely nothing going for it. What a great company that would be. Dave
