doesn't it seem weird that the media was able to get footage of Bill hugging (for a second too long) Monica at a rally or whatever IN 1996. Doesn't is seem wierd that the camera shot was maybe a second or two too long.

Strange? Not at all. Slick is probably the most photographed person in America. At a public appearance such as the one you speak of, there must me hundreds of cameras on him. Of course when something like this comes up, the media and anyone else who has footage of him is going to searach it to try to find pix of Monica. As you imply, the reason the shot of Monica was a second or two too long is that the hug was a second or two too long.
