I do not see a convincing argument for why people will not go right back to travel by plane post-pandemic once the cloud of the virus is lifted. People in my neck of the woods shore town are going to dinner the beaches, boardwalk, and all manner of outdoor recreation like bike riding,jogging,playing tennis and basketball like any other normal summer. All this during the pandemic and during a time when it is spreading across the country.

What makes people think that post pandemic those same people and more will not return to flying? The market is forward looking and by the time we get the all clear sign the easy money in airline investments will have been made.
