Looks like Heartland bought or had as of Jan 8th, 1,266,400 shares. This represents 13.8% of the class of outstanding shares. Since 13.8% of 9,203,000 is quite close to this number I would guess that does not include the 460,00 shares that are also optionable under their incentive stock option plan filed about the same time, or shortly after. edgar-online.com It never hurts to see an investor with a good track record investing. On the other hand, $10M is not a big investment for funds like Heartland either. But better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. :^)
