Earnings Projections

First Call shows est of .11 for Dec 97 Qtr and .59 for FY97

then, they show -0.10 for Mar 98 Qtr and -0.39 for FY98

Anyone understand why QWST earnings expected to turn negative this year? Any thoughts on the impact on the stock price if the earnings turn negative as projected?
