Very cute.

OTOH I'm a little concerned though about someone having an otter for a pet. They are wild animals (although to be fair to those owning or supporting ownership of pet otters, so were the ancestors of today's dogs and cats). Owning them as pets is generally illegal (which doesn't automatically mean wrong but its an important consideration). And they apparently like a lot of water, and general environmental stimulation. I understand that they can be quite destructive in a home environment.

I tried to see if I could find something about the living conditions for and general situation of this otter but the channels about tab is rather limited and the community tab is in Japanese. Small parts apparently include a translation, and I used Google Translate for some of the rest, but I didn't really learn anything by doing so.
