Absentee ballots make it easier to vote.

That's a good thing.


The mail-in ballot is designed to get people of a political particular leaning to vote.

Wrong. People of every political stripe like convenience and safety. That's why a lot of Republicans are complaining about Trump's campaign against voting by mail.
I do not believe getting the uninformed to vote is a worthy endeavor.

You're an example of that ... you're uninformed of Republicans liking voting by mail because you only know what the ignorant Trump tells you.
