This study has been cited numerous times by experts who you apparently dismiss. Absentee voting is the same as mail in voting in terms of the actual ballots. The only difference is that in states with mail in exclusively, the ballots are mailed as opposed to absentee where the voter has to request the ballot. I heard someone mention 4 0's in front of the 6. I didn't get a calculator out. If you actually wanted to challenge me in math you would be kicking yourself in the ass for days after the contest.
