LIFC..... Hey Red, I did some looking and I think he is right when he says longshot. From what I got from yahoo and info on insider activity I would be concerned. It looks like they have had an additional 4.5 million shares hit the market recently biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com I would think this would put tremendous pressure on the stock. As far as insider stuff, the chairman of the board owns 175k, an officer owns 101k, and the vp owns 13k. There has been some institutions buying in September (before the share increase announcements, can't tell if they sold or not) of approx.455k shares Allstate has sold 620k shares besides the 555k they sold in December which I'm pretty sure were the share from the overalottment.They still have 889k shares but it looks like they have been actively selling since June of 97. I didn't read any of their filings. A good place to get acompany profile and their filings is at, freeedgar.com you will get the most information from the profile and the latest 8k filing. hope some of this helps Cary
