WDC at this point is beginning to look like an interesting opportunity. But there are still some factors that dictate caution. Is WDC still the lowest cost producer of NAND flash? Are their NAND flash product margins greater than those of MU, Samsung, or Hynix? I can understand how retail sales would be off, since many stores are still closed and not everyone likes to buy even flash memory from online retailers. Does the pandemic long term effect mean less or more individual use of on-site flash memory, such as in laptops and cameras, or is the main growth area limited to cloud facilities?

And finally, if the pandemic continues getting worse in the U.S. and a few other countries, is it likely to cause a stock market correction that would bring the price of WDC and other tech/semiconductor stocks even lower?
