*AV* -- That is good to here because, if nothing else, you definitely have pointed out 2 of the top lead sled dogs (AMAT and NVLS). ASYT is in a class by itself so I do not put it in the same company. However, if your TA on KLAC also seems to indicate the same signals, then I have 3 good points for "a straight line". As good as ASYT is, I feel insecure in using it as the 3rd point.

BTW-Monday the 9th of February, AMAT reports its quarter, I beleive after the market. I hope this conference call can be a definitive indicator of where the sector will be going. Personally, I beleive they will report a respectable to good quarter and will take the low road as to the immediate future quarters. Taking a very conservative forward looking view will allow 2 things: no impromtu shareholder lawsuits<GG> and the ability for one of the top sled dogs to underpromise and over deliver down the road.

BTW2-ADPT legal counsel has resigned today. After 8 eventful years with ADPT and seeing it grow from $100 million in revenues to its present revenue levels, she has decided to retire and evaluate new challenges for the future. HMMMM!!!! Lawsuit filed against ADPT and she wants to gracefully exit. I do not think she was pushed out but I do think she doesn't want to be part of the arduous, time consuming, protracted, and gut wretching process that will ensue relative to this filing. Too much work on what will turn out to be frivolous<GG>.

I can see it now: WANTED--LEGAL COUNSEL for Premier I/O solutions Provider. Must be willing to roll up sleeves and waste a great deal of time and corporate funds defending a lawsuit because a bunch of stockholders are jeal;ous that certain officers exercised their rights to dispose of shares during their normal open windows of opportunity. Must have skin thicker than an alligator and a heart as cold as a crocodile. All lizard type reptiles will be given first consideration. More than likely the ad will be run in the Depths of Neptune Daily News or the Bottom of the Cliff Chronicles<GGG>.
