Magnum Goldcorp Inc. has entered into a debt settlement agreement to settle obligations owed to a certain arm's-length creditor, in the amount of $61,250, through the issuance of 1,020,833 common shares of the company at a deemed value of six cents per share. The issuance of the shares are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and, when issued, the shares will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.
