Here is some information regarding Palisades Gorp Corp, which was referenced in New Dimensions news release today: Subject to regulatory approval, New Dimension has initiated a Private Placement financing with a lead order from Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. The Company intends to complete a non-brokered Private Placement of up to 60,000,000 Units at a price of $0.06 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $3,700,000. Each unit will consist of one Common Share and one Share Purchase Warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at CAD $0.12 per share for a period of 36 months.
