Feb 10 shareholders meeting. Here is the proposal: Caxton called IR and was informed that the meeting should last 2-2.5 hr., starting at 9:00 am. I called Jasmine Restaurant today and they can accomodate us with no problem. They propose a variety of Chinese dishes, at a per head price of no more than $15 including tips (except booz for those who need a nooner). If we have say 20 or more people, they will even block us a private room. That may be good in case the group of strangers decided to get into a hostile discussion of buy or sell. I propose three methods of rendevous. Caxton, wearing green and I, wearing red, will hang out in front of the main Lusk Blvd entrance before and after the meeting. A 6' 2" gringo with a fat Chinaman dressed like Christmas trees probably would not be too hard to spot. Otherwise, anyone can just show up at Jasmine before noon. Hope to see you all there. Ramsey
