Presumably, the whole thing is done by AI, without any significant human involvement. But yes, it would require faith in governments... dunno... honesty and good will. Too high a barrier.

Maybe it would be good to have something like this if another - more serious - epidemic comes, worse than CoViD. But, that may not happen any time soon.
