One thing that really caught my eye is that Chump said he would be looking at 'terminating' the tax that funds SS and Medicare. What the hell does that mean? Talk about coming out of left field. He also mentioned they want to put tax cuts and capital gains cuts back on the table... I'd like to understand how he gets the cash to do this without Congress. Also, he said that the Federal Government will pay 75% of the $400 weekly unemployment benefit and the states have to chip in 25%. I've already heard talk from the states that they don't have that cash. "Trump said he will establish a payroll tax holiday through the end of the year to Americans earning less than $100,000 per year and instruct the Treasury Department to allow employers to defer payment of the employee portion of certain payroll taxes. However, there’s no guarantee workers will receive that money. Trump added that if re-elected in November, he would look to extend the deferral and “terminate” the tax, which funds Social Security and Medicare programs. "
