Not true. In fact, I'd say it's just the opposite.
I read replies to that tweet and most of the Canucks said they always take off their shoes.
I always do - and almost everyone I know does the same when they step in the door.
As so many said, we have snow and mud for about half the year,
so you would never dream of just walking into someone's house with your shoes on.
