A couple days ago, PHV was around 13. Today it closed at 7 5/8, volume 13,355,500. It was just about a week ago that Goldman Sachs recommended PHV with a buy rating. I guess not all analysts get all the inside info after all. Block trade - Philip Services 5,580,000 at 8, unchanged on the day, crossed by Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette newsalert.com Charles
