The spike obviously happened after the news. The bullish indication is that volume picked up very quickly right after the news. That indicates people are viewing the news this afternoon very favorably. I saw the news when the stock was still at 10 1/2 but I was not too sure that people viewed the news positively the same way I did. So I ended up buying later at 11 11/16, doubling my already heavy position in this stock that I got at 10 1/4. I am confident the stock will be up to 20 prior to the next earnings release.
