Rather inconvenient.

This is one of many reasons why law & order important, and burning & looting against the law.

Am thinking that there were reasons why rioting looters of history were at times shot on sight.

However, and a big ‘however’, also not to say civil disobedience by true believers necessarily wrong, as it all depends on whether they are actually wrong, or if they win in taking power.
