Jack--- No I am not short. I am very long. The 6 1/2 is where I want to exit if it comes soon. If it takes beyond 2/15/98 I will go at market unless there is real hope. It will be there but I am bored with the inactivity and down trend of this issue. I really do not like to short and rarely do,,, but this has been a great candidate. I have always been long as TPRO should have seen double digits by Oct/Nov '97. It is getting a rep as a $5 issue and that will be hard to break. With no vol/interst at 6 3/4 - 7 it will be a hell of a short position. There are too many shares and too many investors that will buy today and be excited at 1 point. It takes little $$ to buy 10K shares today. To dump in a week or month with a 1 point gain---especially on any down tick as everyone is aware how low it can go and how long it can stay down. It is a traders dream,,,both long and short. BUT I am 100% long,,, for now- and decreasing my holdings as I am not certain it will not go below 5. If it does I will run for the exit as Y2K will be history before it gets up again and they will have little left. They must have news Thurs... there is too much they should have wrapped up. Time is running out on companies getting compliant but is also running out on late Y2K bloomers also. In 18 months I will give you a list of short candidates. And I own many of them right now as a long position.

John
