As I posted on the AOL board:

Spoke to Damian and have been assured that shareholders will be updated by the end of the week. I am not as concerned with finalized deals (ex. players, ESPN) at the moment as I am with knowing that the tournament is a definite go and negotiations are in progress. They need to assure shareholders that things are progressing even if they are not in the promised timeframe (ex. players by the end of January). The company made a mistake promising
that in my opinion and need a PR firm to advise then as to wording in releases.

I have personally called agents, TV stations etc... and in doing my own detective work it seems like many of the deals are closed but ACCY has yet to release them. They are extremely conservative and will not even release a player's name unless that player reads the actual release and approves of the wording. This to me is a sign of a real up and up company not trying only to push up their stock price.

I am one of the most impatient people you will meet and I have the fullest confidence in ACCY's management and plan to go long with them. I trade penny stocks on a daily basis and have NEVER encountered management that is dedicated to building a solid, profitable company as is ACCY's team. This is a first class, no bullshit group and those who are patient will be duly rewarded.
