NNVC on Altimetry's Do-Not-Buy List (Ten Microcap Stocks You Must Avoid at All Costs)

Litman sells a subscription service ( Altimetry) with long recommendations, is not a short-seller of NNVC, and doesn't claim to be an expert on NNVC. (He doesn't even pronounce the company name correctly). He runs a forensic auditing and investigation service, and he evidently placed the company on his Do-Not-Buy list based on disconcerting findings from a quick forensics audit.

A few of his findings don't seem so terrible based on what I know of the company but...on the other hand, most do...and Litman only found about half of the dirt that I have observed over the years.
