Not exactly and explained the reason.

TJ when he was on his 40s (late 90s early 00s) he was in possession of his mental faculties. And he had intelligent opinions not only about Hong Kong environment and market.

He was still displaying characteristics inherited from his father. Proud of his mixed race. Multicultural world views and had a sense of humour. He could write an original post of his own thoughts.

He could write intelligent replies too. And was witty, see his Gold vs QCOM discussions with MQ.

His brain begin to fast deteriorate at his mid 50s. Fast for it became perceptible. One could compare Jay Chen of 1999 with Tobago Jack of 2010.

He started, first, displaying nationalism towards China. He no longer could write a post that it was his own thought. His replies were always a couple of lines.

The dead giveaway was him conjuring the future of the world as ending in darkness and a new world would be built out of the ashes with a new sovereign which would be, obviously, China.

It was then that I thought: Hang on ! Is people not seeing this as a sign that TJ has gone bananas?

My analysis is that he has deep issues that were repressed in youth and mid-age but are coming to the surface as the guy ages.
