I, once in a while, discuss with THE ANT brain capacity survivability long term.

The brain deteriorates with age and as westerners' longevity extended (the bodies are keeping working) it came to the surface the issue of:
How to keep the brain apace with the body living longer?
And this has something to do with TJ.

Which is interesting because it affects all of us. So I keep a focus on my own brain and of people around me.

The Chinese stop earlier than us westerners. The retirement age in China currently is 60 for men and 55 for female civil servants and 50 for female workers.

When I was working with Chinese they were surprised that I was till working in 2010 ! When I was 58 years old. And I was not in an office I was building fiber optic with in the Angolan bush. Dribing 3.000Km in a week.
The pole-climbing life I chronicled in SI.

The Chinese working with me told me, in China, as people approach retiement (which is at 60) they barely do anything. That is why it is very umportant for Chinese parents to raise their children -that they traditionally had at an early age- take care of them at old age and old age starts earlier there.

Which prompted me to do theorize if the Chinese brain deteriorates at an earlier age than us westerners.
