The only other way to become number one is to have a superior product that has already been certified and beta'd and is selling like hotcakes. The 5300 isn't it. CSCO has bought technology and market share more than they have innovated it. Buying COMS doesn't do it either. I also don't think that CSCO will buy ASND. I think they are just talking thru their hat.
