If and only if all this comes to fruitation alot of people are going to kick themselves for trading there common for preferred.Lets say this runs to 3-4 a share in a couple of months and your sitting with shares that are restricted,your missing now on a 6 to 8 bagger.That is why the preferred is trading at a discount,after all the news is out in the next few months you probaly will see a frenzy in the common for a couple of weeks maybe a month than slowly interest will dry up and it will take a few quarterly reports before the the street money comes in.If you buy preferred you might want to keep it at 75%C and 25%P.Remember a 8.00 a share Preferred thats a double out for people who bought a couple of weeks ago.
