Harris is totally scripted, can't think on her feet, and not at all bright. Any time she is confronted with something that requires a non scripted response, she reverts back to that silly ass grin and profoundly stupid laugh. It's analogous to Biden's...."Come On Man"...............a smart observer (like Tulsi) could destroy her in a debate by forcing her off script. I never realized how limited she was until I heard her for the first time. Is it any wonder even the D's originally rejected her in spades?
