Maurice or anybody else,
What is the float on SSAX? i.e. how many shares are the public and MM's dealing with. One of the services said institutions own 52% but does this include amount owned by CEO (33%)? I believe this volume is very significant since the 5 million shares traded in the last 6 down days could be a large part of the float although I believe it is mainly from CA or a single fund or investor. At these prices SSAX ought to buy some of its own shares for later redemption of the convertibles which are down to 82.
