David - Re: "You, anyone can suggest good configuration/vendor?"

If you can, wait for about one or two months - after Intel delivers the 100 MHz 440 BX and 350/400 MHz Pentium IIs and i740 AGP Graphics adapter.

You should benefit by the faster performance - since graphics seems to be your area of concentration.

As for MacDrawPro - you have two issues to deal with. The first is straightforward - MAC-To-DOS (Windows) translation. I use Mac-in-DOS and it works great.

The more difficult problem is finding a Windows/DOS program that can read the MacDRAW Pro graphics file. Can you export the file to a vector file format such as .DXF (AutoCAD) or .CDR ( CorelDraw) or Micrografx or .WMF (Windows MetaFile) that can be read by many Windows programs?

CANVAS is supported on both MAC and Windows machines - you might want to look into using CANVAS as a vehicle for your translations.
