Nice work Brian, but doesn't your WHOSIS query pertain only to domain names and not to internet e-mail addresses such as seivideo@aol.com which anyone could select for their address? I just had my e-mail to Fred at that address returned because "seivideo@aol.com is not a known user" - looks like that particular chicken won't be coming home to roost anymore. I'm kind of surprised to see so little comment on the 10-Q posted on Wasef's web site (thanks Wasef). The first thing I note is that it is not the audited statement. I see $443,000 in inventory which can't account for much more than 150 units if most of the inventory is installable hardware. There were very little sales for the past 2 quarters. In fact there were exactly zero sales for those quarters which is kind of revealing if you look at the press releases for the past 2 quarters. Current liabilities are double cash in hand. Price to book value is 120:1 at today's price. I personally don't give a damn about money I will lose on this one. What bothers me is the handfull of friends who got into this based in no small part on my earlier enthusiasm. I remember a statement Peter Lynch made in his last book about shunning companies that fail to deliver on their promises and have to admit that caveat came to mind on several occasions during the 8 months I have been invested in SEXI. At this point, you either have to eat it - or hope that the additional shares issued are to fund a full scale ramp-up in production to meet sales orders. Good luck to you all, Jerry
