Hi Rich, Don't know that zero is in the offing. The discounted convertible will take away virtually all future financing options, so if he can't make it on cash flow NTN is in big trouble. I don't think I'd be looking for blockbuster earnings, just from past history. I told (begged some) to sell from $5-$6 all the way down to $1.50. Don't know that I would do the same here, but I wouldn't be too comfortable if I were long. Learnstar has never brought in a nickel of revenue. Just a PR every year announcing a re-signing of a revenueless Mexican contract. And a highly (over) paid CEO. IWN? Who knows. The conversions usually bring new lows, and Sokol's warnings about REG.M means he has the same concerns. Wish he'd of thought of the problems earlier. Dwight
