All I can be sure of is that the company has not announced the money.

I suppose this is a matter of opinion. It would seem to me that this is as much a matter of manipulation as anything else that has been mentioned on this thread. Are you willing to argue otherwise?

Until last night, you didn't reference you insistence of the money coming on the 28th to the investors' letter. Until last night, you gave the impression that you had some kind of inside information that this would be the case.

If I was the only one to be fooled by this then I will bow to you as having fooled me only. But, given that many others were drawn in by the '28th' expectation, I doubt that I should be singled out.
