It's very difficult to argue with someone like you who is functionally illiterate concerning governmental structure in a western style democratic republic.

This is not a dictatorship. The President has no powers outside Marshall law which would enable him to override the policies of the Dem governors that have resulted in a massive death toll in the blue states. .

It's too bad you didn't get a good education. You would know this already if you had.
