Price has slumped a bit but a day does not a trend make. Don't know the relationship between spot and contract prices so help me out. Are contract prices likely to be higher or lower than spot prices? Also production costs are likely to decrease but how much 10% per Q? So this quarter $4.50 .9 = $4.05. Next $4.05 .9 = $3.65 Then $3.65 .9 = $3,28 December 98 $3.28 .9 = $2.95 So how much do they make if they cost $4.00 next December?
