Paul, OTOTOT I have felt for a while that Motorolo should enter the CISC game. And their building such a nice FAB in Virginia that would be perfect for Jerry. With me having to take 3 weeks off of work for back surgery, and the wife having to watch the toddlers alone. Either the wife would kill me or my boss would. :-) Michael
