Dave: I like nice and toxic adjuvants. Put a little hole in my arm, but immunize me. All of these non-toxic adjuvants are sort of wimpy (relatively ineffective). It's been awhile since I looked at them, but the best of those that the FDA wouldn't pale at seemed to be the saponin derivative from the company that used to be Cambridge Biotech...... now Aquila??? If you've got something in mind, I'll take a look at it. Not impressed by the Ribi results or rationale. I honestly believe that the best route is a little controlled inflammation.
