Geez you guys!!! You mean this thing isn't going to happen right away???? You're really putting a damper on my plans!!! I'd already maxed out my credit cards for this one and was hoping to pay it back before the bills came due, pulled in all my home equity with a third mortgage too!!! And now.... YOU really know how to spoil a good party!!! <just kidding ;-))) >> in case anyone really thought I was that insane..... (Get into options if ya want some quick action) I'd rather see a nice long base/foundation built in any issues....run up's from there stand a better chance of being sustainable.
