Hi Cody, I called Mr. Brimmer each of the last two days but only get his voice mail. Waited for a return call from him today but to no avail. So I tracked down the investor information number for the SEC while I was waiting. I'll call them tomorrow and find out what sort of legal ground we'll be on in regards to placing issues on the annual meeting agenda and organizing individual investors to look after their own interests on the board. (How's that for a novel idea.) Then I'll compose my request to RAIN for information per the SECs guidance. Regards, Dennis
