Andy,

Funny you should ask :o)

Ever since I have gotten my first Lexmark printer (Optra R), I have so happy with them it makes me wonder why everyone doesn't use them. The model you mentioned is sitting right here on my desk, and it is without question, THE BEST printer I have ever owned period.

Don't take this as a sales pitch, it's simply what someone who churns 50,000 pages per year out of his laser printer has discovered. By the way, the Lexmark printers I have owned have never required a dime's worth of service, and each lasted a minimum of 100,000 copies. It was my choice to replace them too, they were all still working just fine and became nice printers for the local grade school.

Regards, JB
