Durham does not have access to all the info needed...that's the way it is set up.

The information is silo'd and compartmentalized in such a way that it's virtually impossible to do a full and proper investigation.

We are upset in the first place because we have not fully understood this.

As unbelievable as it sounds...we know more here in this forum about the ins and outs of Spygate than Durham does.
