After a very brief look only: I do not understand the numbers in the table. Statement says "Though we will not reduce the drive towards obtaining the 2,500,000 tpy Mining Concession and Environmental Licenses" but in the table I see licenses for 25,000,000 tons from Pit 2 PENDING. Am I shtupid, or what? Holding NPK till the cows come home.
