Any idea as to why share price has gone down over the last few months? Earnings growth has been impressive, but other than dilution, I can't figure out why the decline? Also, what's your opinion of the restaurant purchase? Does mgmt. have experience in the restaurant industry? Finally, any idea of how co. spin-off is going to be structured? Is spin-off going to be stuck w/ a lot of debt or other handicaps? I have to admit I'm not totally sure why the co. is divesting itself of assets it has acquired relatively recently.
