joseph, the financials reported on the web page are for the q ending may. we've issued another 20+ million shares and we d*mn well better have something to show for it... most of the $40 million (90%?) should come in the next 6 months - if you believe management... good luck, jeff the buyback is an absurd joke. this buyback is for 0.4% of the outstanding shares. that means that we need over $1.00 in eps for this buyback to have an affect on eps. don't see $1/q anytime soon... perhaps this punk buyback was set up so smut-toe can sit on his thumb while we get raped, pillaged and plundered and have an excuse. "gee, guyas and gals, i couldn't speak up during the buyback period. why are you so upset???" can you hear it now??? good luck, jeff
