I have been buying 3/4-13/16 also.
What a coincidence I was just play around with the Williams A/D and U/O lately. I am not a TA expert, but FWIW I agree with your observations especially on the support level of 3/4 from the tall white candle. The TA may be forecasting the lift BCMD will get when the JV picks up it option to go to 49% Feb 1 (IMHO and heard at stockholders meeting?) or perhaps production numbers .
I guess I may get edumacated:) if you and whippy start arguing this TA stuff (I hope!)
I talked to Lionel today, the next news release should be about pillar 4, whenever they release it. I really could not get an understanding of why they are not releasing news this week. Personally, I think that the ducks are being lined up and will be marched out in a nice row soon, perhaps next week.
That would fit your TA well.
