According to Qualcom's 4th Q, its 25% from Korea (150mil in 97year): begining from early start of Qualcom's CDMA, Korea's Comm. research Center and those companies have been working with q with early investment in Q's necessary money in 80s. In Korea, CDMA has been practically and commercially working very well by these. Their CDMA PCS export amount is over 100mil. during 97, now plan to double in 98. In addition, they entered into china( Samsung in Tensin and Sanghai) and Las Vegas(Next Wave uses LG CDMA equip.); all beginnings are bench&testing business before approved officially large commercial business. Many countries adopt several PCS types. (SEA, Rumania & Brazil are next candidates.)
