Nu Pizza Holding is correct....actually it's S8 report not K8, my mistake....anyway the latest filing NUZA have is the previous thread that was posted...it was an extension of 10k filing......the S8 filing by NUZA filed on july describe NUZA's relationship with Neil Rand as their investment relations and he was being paid an outstanding shares of stocks instead of cash worth i think 2.5 ++ million shares at .22 (i have to verify those exact figures at EDGAR/SEC since i did not save the S8..but should be around that figure) and just mentioning the total of NUZA's outstanding shares which i believe around 50 million....with the financial news, there's none release lately except those merging/acquisitions news.....getting info from this company is not easy if not possible....that is usually the characteristic of small companies especially cos. that traded at Bulletin Board....one thing i found out is sometimes u have to persistently call the management itself not the investor relations since they are more knowledgeable about the company and another thing...sometimes the management tend to slip their "tongues" accidentally especially if u had their head rotated (asking indirect questions relating to their financial/future plan with a mixed of non related subjects.)....so this how i compiled my info on NUZA...... just a thought... eL.............
