That was exactly my point. They issued shares and don't have any assets to seemingly show for it and with only 443,000 in inventory I don't see the needed resources to deliver on 40 mil worth of promised sales. Maybe it will be "give me a down payment and I'll make something for you". And if the cash position is so bad that they are paying for services with script (stock) then what the hell are they doing buying back stock? They are not buying enough to affect the price so obviously it is for PR purposes only or to cause the masses to buy in long enough and support the price until some short scheme could take effect. Either way nothing makes any sense. If some one can make sense out of it I'll listen.

Some of the China stocks did a buy back this past summer, but there was a huge difference. The Co was selling @ at a PE of 5 and was having record earnings and was truly undervalued. I don't see that here..
