If Bill is personally making phone calls to Banks, and doesn't care if he ever gets paid back for this one I'd be concerned.

MS wanted the internet, IE to be part of the operating system. I don't think they could make that claim with e-Commerce transactions.

It all boils down to who gets the billers......and they aren't tipping their hats. This is such a pisser........big high stakes game being played here....and nobody's talking......other than to say they are not talking.
