I tell you all, leave the man alone! Let him work on getting battery production to market and the necessary financing to do it.

We all on the SI thread are TOTALLY OUT OF TOUCH WITH REALITY. We expect that if it's written here, it's the truth and, even more importantly, we expect every CEO and CFO to treat us like royalty. The truth of the matter is is that we're no more important to public companies than a flea is to a dog! You assumed the risk of your imvestment when you bought shares of this company. You should have done your DD BEFORE buying VLNC, not after. And especially don't think that you should be on the same playing field as the brokerage houses. Because again, in the big picture, you're not the one that counts.

As for the sale of shares by the EX-VLNC managers, I think the key word here is EX! There are untold number of instances where management who has left other organizations have sold their shares, and has absolutely nothing to do with the fundamentals of the company. They're either bitter and are getting what they can. They have to excercise options within a set time frame. Whatever. Insider sales are already not a good indicator of the true direction of a company's fortune. Add on the fact that these guys are EX- insiders, and you really have no solid grounds to stand on to argue that VLNC is going into the tank.

Sit back, and have patience.
